Parndon Wood Nature Reserve
Site Of Special Scientific Interest
From 2012 to 2025, ECCO managed and funded Parndon Wood Nature Reserve, transforming it into a vibrant community asset. Over this time, we delivered more than 200 educational trips for KS1 pupils, hosted dozens of seasonal events, and kept the reserve open to the public five days a week—providing consistent access to nature, education, and outdoor experiences for the wider community.
